Bullying and Harrassment In The Workplace

About this course

This course will give you an understanding of bullying and harrassment in the workplace.  It aims to raise awareness about these issues and to equip participants with the knowledge and skills necessary to foster a respectful and inclusive work environtment. 

Participants will look at the definitions and forms of bullying and harrassment, recognise the signs and impacts on individuals and the organisation and the actecedents for bullying.  The course will also cover practical strategies for preventing and addressing such behaviours, including how to report incidents and support affected colleagues.

Learning Outcomes:

• Understand and describe the definitions of bullying and harrassment, including the various forms they may take.
• Identify the signs and symptoms of bullying and harrassment in the workplace.
• Understansd the impact of bullying and harrassment.
• Understand the appropriate steps to take when witnessing or experiencing bullying and harrassment.
• Learn how to provide support to colleagues who may be affected by bullying and harrassment.
